Add-on Exchange With Support From GoIP Acquires GOBOX Domains and Registered Trademark

NEW YORK, NY — (MARKET WIRE) — 02/18/11 — Add-on Exchange Inc. and GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOIG) today announced that in their joint efforts in Cloud and Mobile technology they have acquired the domains of GOBOX and the rights to the GOBOX registered trademark. The seller, Benjamin Rodefer , a former New Mexico State Representative and long-time entrepreneur, sold the assets for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Mr. Rodefer founded GOBOX Software in 2002 and the company created an innovative search tool that won wide acclaim, including from the New York Times and PC Magazine .
