LOS ANGELES, CA — (MARKET WIRE) — 11/18/10 — Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) — In an effort to move into the new year and toward the 2011 beverage season, Hall of Fame Beverages announces several corporate moves that shareholders can expect to see in the coming weeks and months. The company has started the paperwork and procedures with its securities attorney and accounting firm to move HFBG up from the Pink Sheets to the OTCQX.
With this move, the company will have in place an extremely qualified and highly experienced list of officers for 2011 to be announced.

This is not true and we expressed that not only was there no reverse split planned for 2010, but such a move was not even in the plans, and we’ll honor the latter by stating there will be no reverse split in 2011.”
As per legal advice, Hall of Fame Beverages has filed for dissolution with the Secretary of State in Nevada and has made a domicile move to the state of Delaware .
