It took 37 trading days, a mediocre website, and an executive suite at 1400 16th Street in Denver to facilitate the exchange of more than 300M shares or the equivalent of over $70,000,000.
PennyStockHaven.com was the first and the only site to question Supatcha Resources’ transparency and lack thereof at the time. See if anyone was Home At Supatcha here.
This new report will attempt to bring to light an injustice done to investors. We are the voice of the little guys. We are seekers of truth and we stand tall in the face of adversity.
Liar, Liar
Hundreds of millions of dollars in proven gold reserves are dependent upon the validity of what is almost certainly a fraudulent NI 43-101 technical report.
The geologist purportedly hired to assess Supatcha Resources’ gold properties, Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv in south-western Ukraine, grew furious over phone calls received questioning his involvement with the company. Here’s why.
We quickly learned that the only person who’d be seeing triple digits would be Mr. Greg Parham, when presented with his phone bill for the month of December. Merry Christmas from your American friends in Denver, Graig –err…Greg.
Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) found an interesting habit in using deviations of legal names of those intimately involved in the company and its operations.
For instance, geologist Greg Parham of PT Geomin International was erroneously introduced as a bigger, foreign and perhaps bulkier version of himself – Graig Parham. Nope, you don’t misspell the name of the Geologist you just hired to assess properties worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Unfortunately for Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI), PT Geomin International lists all clients on their website.
On a more serious note, the Indonesian mineral services group did not even bother returning the favor in listing Wassappa Resources Inc., or any other deviation of SAEI’s corporate title.
Bummer.
The Buyout
A latter press release indicated that the 5th richest man in Russia, Mikhail Prokorov, gave an unsolicited bid to buy out Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) for $1.75 a share.
When we googled ‘Mikhail Prokorov’, google asked us: “Did you mean Mikhail Prokhorov“.
Of course while the company will likely never admit to it, the spelling error was intentional. It almost lets them off the hook because they can plead ignorance to the close association between billionaire Prokhorov and CEO Nikolae Yagodka’s beer-buddy Prokorov.
When questions do arise, an unshaven drunkard named Graig Parham will appear and testify before your own eyes, that he is employed by NEOSC Geomin Ltd. This way it’s the fault of shareholders that they were led to believe Greg wrote the NI 43-101 or Prokhorov is buying the company.
Conclusion
We realized after completing everything up to this portion, that our report on Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) had already begun to exceed the length of the company’s NI 43-101. For that reason we decided that we had presented enough evidence to be able to earnestly ask investors to exercise caution with their investments in this company.
We’ve encountered more than our fair-share of high-flying penny stocks ending on a very sad note.
Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) will continue to play games and come up with fictitious characters like Graig Parham, Mikhail Prokorov, and Michael Berry – the company’s IR.
But don’t quote us on our statement about Michael Berry, he may as well be a petrified intern from NYU getting one hell of a on-the-job experience.
Remember that when a billionaire offers to buy out your company at a 150% premium to your market price, you don’t start chasing “Internet Bashers” to settle scores. When there isn’t any buyout to speak of, you focus on the latter.
Still dozens of questions remain unanswered.
Who is responsible?
How will all of this end?
And where the devil has Steve Talley, CEO of Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI), suddenly gone? No filing has been released indicating his official departure from the company, yet he is no longer listed a part of the management team on Supatcha’s website.
Maybe next time you’ll take heed to what we write, whether we are revealing a potentially profitable trading idea or uncovering a dirty little secret that no one else has the balls to question.
It’s lights out for Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI).
