The first option will allow larger, institutional lenders and mortgage brokers to download multiple orders at one time directly into their software platform. The second option will allow on-line order entry directly through its website in order to allow their customers to order title insurance products anytime day or night.
“Many of our customers have indicated that being able to electronically place orders would be beneficial to them. To that end, we created an interface to allow data entry directly into our system. This will speed along the ordering process and allow for integration into all of the components of the title and search process,” said Brian Woods , title operations manager.
