CHEYENNE, Wyo., Oct. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Strategic Mining Corp. (Pink Sheets:SMNG) has been a fully reporting company since June 30, 2010 and is under the jurisdiction of the SEC . The company is required by law to file quarterly reports (10Q) and annual reports ( 10K ) that are reviewed by the company, by its security’s attorney and by independent auditors.
