Terms and conditions have been agreed to and are fully in place to execute. No change in share structure will be needed to finalize merger, or after merger is complete. They have contracts and letters of intent with multiple companies in several countries with some of those being of Fortune 500 status. IAHL has been looking to diversify its business philosophy into other areas such as alternative energy and this fits perfectly!
