Security First International Holdings, Inc. (SCFR) today announced that Mr. Marco Garduno Chavez, Director of Fima Inc. (FIMA), has agreed to acquire 562,500,000 restricted common shares of the company from its President, James R. J. Scheltema , representing approximately 73% of the total outstanding shares.
In conjunction with the purchase Mr. Garduno Chavez has been appointed as a Director of SCFR. Security First International intends to seek out new business opportunities, and will keep shareholders informed of any developments.
