Systems America, Inc. (SYAI) announced today after market hours that company received notice that Pink OTC Markets finished the processing the Company’s 2011 Annual Report and two reports for the quarters of 2012. As the result the Pink Sheets “Current Information” tier will be applied to the SYAI on July 25, 2012.
Also Systems America is preparing filings for the SEC and other regulatory agencies, and expects to be a current filer in the second half of 2012.

On July 2nd, Systems America has completed the the acquisition of SAP channel partner, Mile5 Solutions LLC, that has targeted for about $23 million to be generated from software sales and services.
On July 11th, Systems America announced that it has been negotiating terms to acquire several Enterprise Cloud Application and Services companies that would extend the company’s service offering in worldwide. 8 different acquisition prospects with a range of annual revenues from $18 million to $40 million have been identified as of date.
